These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and use of facilities at Sapovnela By Sirius A. By confirming a reservation or staying at the property, guests agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Nature of the Property
Sapovnela By Sirius A is a forest-based stay located in a natural, high-range environment. The property includes uneven terrain, open decks, stairways, rope-net lounging areas, a swimming pool, and other nature-integrated features.
Guests acknowledge that the stay experience is intentionally designed around nature and that certain conditions inherent to forest locations may apply.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of reservation.
Booking details including room type, number of guests, and dates must be verified by the guest at confirmation. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in, as per Indian law.
Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property. Day visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained from management.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or request departure in case of unauthorised visitors.
Use of Property & Facilities
Guests agree to use all rooms, common areas, and facilities responsibly and strictly in accordance with safety instructions and house rules.
Use of amenities such as rope-net lounging areas, swimming pool, decks, and stairways is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
Jumping, running, rough play, or unsafe behaviour in designated areas is strictly prohibited. Sapovnela By Sirius A shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
Children
Children are welcome under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety and behaviour of children at all times, including rooms, common areas, the pool, and rope-net spaces.
Behaviour & Quiet Policy
Sapovnela is a quiet forest property. Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or actions that disturb other guests or the natural environment are not permitted.
The property is not suitable for parties or uncontrolled gatherings unless expressly agreed upon in advance.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, or property during their stay. Costs of repair or replacement may be recovered from the guest.
Sapovnela By Sirius A, its owners, staff, and management shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles.
Food & Consumption
Food services, if provided, are subject to availability and prior confirmation. Outside food may be restricted in certain areas to maintain hygiene and avoid wildlife disturbance.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only when done responsibly and without disturbing others.
Smoking & Prohibited Items
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Guests bringing pets are responsible for their behaviour, hygiene, and any damage caused during the stay.
Safety & Force Majeure
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions issued by staff. Sapovnela shall not be liable for service interruptions or inconveniences caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, power outages, road access issues, or natural events.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on season, booking type, or platform used.
No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused services.
Right to Refuse Service
Sapovnela By Sirius A reserves the right to:
- Refuse accommodation
- Terminate a stay without refund
- Restrict access to facilities
if guests violate house rules, behave in an unsafe manner, or cause damage to the property.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking or staying at Sapovnela By Sirius A, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
