Sapovnela is a quiet forest stay. These guidelines help us keep the space calm and comfortable for everyone.
Quiet & Atmosphere
We request guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially during the evenings. Loud music and disruptive behaviour are discouraged so that the forest—and fellow guests—can remain undisturbed.
Groups & Gatherings
Small groups of friends and families are welcome. We kindly ask that gatherings remain intimate and respectful of shared spaces. Sapovnela is not suitable for parties or large celebrations unless arranged in advance.
Children
Children are welcome under adult supervision. The property has open decks, natural terrain, and forested areas, so we request parents to be mindful at all times.
Care for the Space
Sapovnela is built gently within nature. We ask guests to treat rooms, furniture, and shared spaces with care, as they would in a forest home.
Food & Cleanliness
Outside food may be limited in certain areas to maintain cleanliness and avoid attracting wildlife. Please check with us if you have specific requirements.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol is allowed when consumed responsibly and respectfully.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation. This helps us ensure the comfort of all guests and the safety of the surroundings.
Connectivity
Mobile network connectivity may be limited due to the location. We see this as part of the experience, but please plan accordingly.

Check-In: 1:30 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Check-in and check-out times will be shared at the time of booking if there are any deviations. Early or late requests are subject to availability.
A Small Request
Please leave the property as you found it—quiet, cared for, and unchanged.
Group Stays
Sapovnela welcomes small groups of friends and families who wish to spend time together in a calm, natural setting. Our layout allows groups to share moments—meals, conversations, quiet evenings—while still enjoying personal space.
Group stays are best suited for:
- Friends travelling together to unwind
- Families looking for time outdoors without distractions
- Small celebrations or reunions that value intimacy over noise
We host group stays by intention, not volume. For larger groups or special occasions, arrangements can be discussed in advance.
Additional House Rules
Respect for Nature
Sapovnela exists within a living forest. Guests are requested to avoid plucking plants, disturbing wildlife, or leaving litter outdoors.
Fire & Safety
Campfires or candles are allowed only in designated areas and with staff guidance.
Rope-Net Lounge Safety
The rope-net lounge is designed for rest and gentle movement. Jumping, running, or rough play is not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
Footwear
Guests are encouraged to remove footwear inside rooms and use the jute chappals provided.
Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Day visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Music & Devices
Soft music at personal volumes is welcome. External speakers are discouraged, especially after sunset.
Pool Use
The pool is intended for relaxed leisure. Diving and loud behaviour are discouraged. Children must be supervised at all times.
Water & Energy
We encourage mindful use of water and electricity to help us remain sustainable.
Departure
Guests are requested to leave rooms in reasonable condition. A final walkthrough helps ensure nothing is left behind.
Guest Acknowledgement
By confirming this booking, guests acknowledge that Sapovnela By Sirius A is a forest-based property with natural terrain and specialised features. Guests agree to use all facilities responsibly and understand that usage is at their own risk.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of children and dependents.
