1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via our official website or authorized platforms.
- A full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during booking.
2. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in time: 12 PM
- Check-out time: 11 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full or partial refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date or for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disturbing others.
- Any damage to property, misuse of facilities, or violation of rules may lead to penalties or eviction without a refund.
5. Use of Facilities
- Facilities such as the private pool, campfire, and recreational areas must be used responsibly.
- Sapovnela is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of any facility.
6. Pets & Animals
- Pets are not allowed inside rooms. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing pets.
7. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation and in accordance with local laws.
8. Safety & Security
- For the safety of all guests, unauthorized visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
- Our property is monitored by staff and security personnel. A guard dog is also present on-site.
9. Liability
- Sapovnela is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by natural calamities, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
10. Changes to Terms
- Sapovnela reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
